On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:

Learners will explore contemporary issues currently facing HR departments/professionals. Learners will implement academic assignment planning and execution techniques developed during the module. This will entail research searching techniques, assignment planning, assignment structure and write-up, and referencing. The assignment brief will be issued to learners at the start of the module.
