Understanding the outcomes or goals, the needs of the learners, the options of instructional and measurements, Planning the application of the LTA strategies, Evaluation of the LTA strategies, Managing working with others

Analysis of approaches
Critiques of instructional and measurement choices available, working with others on analysis and selection of strategies, pedagogies and measurements in the learning and development context, application of skills to enhance learner understanding, stimulating inquiry and independent learning

Recognition and Management of Conditions
Understanding opportunities to enhance learner engagement, applying strategies to enhance learner engagement, the application of strategies to manage disruptive or non-cooperative learners
