Assessment Description:
Leaders will complete a written assessment of their own leadership practices and ethical decisions making, as well as identifying ‘gaps’ that may arise in their own work or professional experiences. This assignment will be based on results from the Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI), a validated 360-degree leadership assessment, which they are expected to complete. The primary focus of this reflective exercise is to help create an ‘action plan’, which will serve as a roadmap of actions, behavioural changes, communication styles or approaches to leadership used to help learners become more effective, ethical and enduring leaders.

Assessment Description:
This assessment aims to help learners to reflective on their formation of their leadership practices, behaviour and approaches, as well as to focus on defining their personal missions/values in relation to leadership and ethical decision making. Leaders will deliver a presentation which outlines pivotal or crucial experiences as leaders and be asked to draw upon journal readings, course learning and seminar discussions / presentations to describe both its relevance and significance.
