Assessment Description: Leaders will complete a written assessment of their own leadership practices and ethical decisions making, as well as identifying ‘gaps’ that may arise in their own work or professional experiences. This assignment will be based on results from the Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI), a validated 360-degree leadership assessment, which they are expected to complete. The primary focus of this reflective exercise is to help create an ‘action plan’, which will serve as a roadmap of actions, behavioural changes, communication styles or approaches to leadership used to help learners become more effective, ethical and enduring leaders. |
