Demonstrate a critical understanding of the theories, concepts and methods pertaining to the domain of Accounting and Finance along with an understanding of the contemporary Economic and Regulatory environment and their interrelationships in a business context.

Acquire detailed knowledge of many areas relating to the world of Accounting and Finance, developing a deep understanding of Financial and Statistical tools and Standards, along with Taxation and Accounting practices in the context of the relevant legal and regulatory framework and the corresponding Economic environment.

Gather and analyse complex data from multiple sources, including financial statements, economic, regulatory data and/or other sources, identify issues and communicate findings in a clear and comprehensive manner.

Use skills of critical analysis to identify and test hypotheses within the many parameters of a work setting, allowing for independent conclusions to be drawn and effective decision making.

Work effectively to provide critical analysis of real-world scenario’s and apply classroom thought tools and concepts.

Apply strong qualitative and quantitative skills to critically analyse real world problems in the domain of Accounting and Finance and propose solutions to such issues.
