Demonstrate an understanding of project management by explaining the key concepts, approaches and frameworks.
LO2
Utilise contemporary frameworks and processes involved in managing a project through the Project lifecycle via live projects and/or planning for the Capstone Project in the second semester.
LO3
Engage industry standard project scope management via assimilating data, verifying same, and controlling scope through application in cases/live projects.
LO4
Evaluate the risks associated with a project and use process of risk management for projects
LO5
Implement and synthesise relevant frameworks such as Critical Path Analysis to manage a project.

Reassessment Requirement
Repeat examination Reassessment of this module will consist of a repeat examination. It is possible that there will also be a requirement to be reassessed in a coursework element.
Reassessment Description Students who do not achieve an overall pass mark in this module will be presented with a single assessment which will address all learning outcomes. This piece of assessment will be designed by the relevant member of faculty and validated by the second marker and extern.
