On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:

LO1 Demonstrate a good knowledge of the sources of Irish law and differentiate between methods of resolving disputes in the Irish legal system
LO2 Explain contract and commercial laws in a business context
LO3 Distinguish between tort and contractual liability, and describe tort principles
LO4 Apply business laws and principles to solving basic contract, commercial, and tort legal problems.
