Module Description: The aim of this module is for students to consolidate the knowledge and skills acquired throughout the programme by giving Students the opportunity to specify, design and implement a retail financial services based project within their own workplace or for another organisation as agreed with the College
Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:
LO1 Utilise their knowledge in the application of the required conduct of business provisions for a financial planning advice scenario
LO2 Critically analyse empirical material and integrate their research, knowledge and skills developed over the course with their experiential learning in analysing findings and making appropriate conclusions.
LO3 Communicate and present findings of empirical research

Project This assessment will require learners to identify & critically analyse the issues at stake, demonstrate their knowledge of the relevant conduct of business provisions and ability to carry out further research. Learners will be required apply the provisions as part of a financial planning process to carry out a detailed financial needs assessment, prioritise needs, compare and contrast the range of options and select appropriate solutions. Learners will be asked to present their findings in the form of an oral presentation. This presentation may be assessed in a live environment or via an online service. 1,2 80.00 n/a
