On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:

LO1 Describe an overall framework for project integration management as it relates to the other project management knowledge areas and the project life cycle.
LO2 Demonstrate the importance of a good project scope management by collecting, documenting, verifying and controlling scope.
LO3 Describe the process of project time management using activity sequencing, project schedules and resource estimates.
LO4 Prepare budget estimates for project cost management.
LO5 Understand the importance of project quality management for IT products and services.
LO6 Explain the importance of good human resource management on projects, including the current state and future implications of the global IT workforce.
LO7 Understand the importance of good communications management with stakeholders and team members on projects.
LO8 Discuss the elements invovled in risk management and identify common sources of risk on IT projects.
LO9 Describe the work invovled in planning procurements for projects, including preparing for outsourcing, contracts, and statement-of-work documents.
LO10 Identify all the people or organizations affected by a project, to analyses stakeholder expectations, and to effectively engagestakeholders in project decisions.
