On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:

LO1 Evaluate the role of Employer and Employee Organisations in Ireland and the effect they have on the employment landscape
LO2 Examine the methods of ensuring Employee Voice in organisations and the role of the Psychological Contract.
LO3 Explain how grievance and disciplinary procedures should be conducted and the role of employers and employee representatives in these.
LO4 Demonstrate an understanding of the role of Industrial Relations Legislation and the impact on Industrial Relations in Ireland
LO5 Analyse the use of Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods in the employment landscape
LO6 Assess the role of Trade Unions in Ireland and international environments
